Diamond Top Coat
From our line

Decoupage glue and sealer for paper. One of ours, start to finish.
Sizes and prices move; the listing shows what it costs today.
We make Hard Coat, 16 oz for the shelf you actually reach for. At 16 fl oz, this size is aimed at regular crafting without refilling every month.
It dries clear, so whatever you glued down keeps its own colour. One bottle does the gluing and the sealing, which is why our label says all-in-one.
It is mixed and filled stateside. We tuned the dry time short: you are not standing over the piece all evening. Our own surface chart lists it for appliques, beads and gems, canvas and ceramics. It is the kind of thing you buy once and reach for all year.
Paper wrinkles because it is carrying too much water, not because it is bad paper. This part of the line is a decoupage glue and sealant mixed thin for exactly that: less water into the sheet, a smooth film that dries clear, and enough grip to hold a finished puzzle together as one durable piece. Thin coats from the middle out do the rest.
Working out whether this is the right bottle? Our formula chart lists what each one is tested on, and dry time and cure time explains the wait before a finished piece can be washed.
