Returns are handled by the store that took your order and shipped the parcel. Their returns window and their postage rules apply, and they are the only ones who can issue a refund, because they are the ones who took the payment.

Unopened, opened and damaged

An unopened bottle in its original packaging is the straightforward case — start the return from your order history and follow the label they give you.

An opened bottle usually is not returnable, for the same reason opened paint is not. If it was faulty rather than simply unwanted, say so when you open the return: a separated or spoiled jar is a fault and is treated differently.

Damaged in transit means photograph it before you do anything else — the carton, the bottle and the seal. That evidence is what settles the claim.

Apparel

Shirts and hats follow the same route. Unworn, tags on, within the window. Sizing runs as printed on the listing, so check the measurements before ordering rather than after.
