Delivery — Mod Podge

Orders for our products are fulfilled through the partner store the buy button takes you to, and shipping is handled on their side. That means their delivery estimate and their tracking are the ones that count — you will see both at checkout and in your order confirmation.

What we can tell you about the packing

Liquid formulas ship upright with the cap seal intact. Aerosols are shipped under the rules that apply to pressurised cans, which occasionally means a spray order and a brush-on order arrive separately even when they were bought together.

Gallon jugs are heavy and are usually boxed on their own. If a bottle arrives with a broken seal or a split, do not use it — raise it with the store that shipped it and they will replace it.

Timing

Delivery windows depend on the address and the service chosen at checkout. We do not hold stock ourselves on this site, so we cannot speed an order up or change an address once it is placed — the store can, and quickly, if you catch it early.
