What this decoupage glue and sealer does

Here is Dishwasher Safe Gloss, 8 oz, the way we bottle it. At 8 fl oz, this size is aimed at a steady run of ordinary projects.

One bottle does the gluing and the sealing, which is why our label says all-in-one. Our formula is water based, so brushes rinse out under the tap and the room stays breathable while you work.

We built this one to survive the top rack, not just a careful rinse. It goes off quickly, so a second coat is usually a short wait away. Our own surface chart lists it for ceramics, glass, glitter and metal and tin. Stand it upright, cap it, and it keeps for a long while.

A decorated mug does not fail on the shelf, it fails at the sink. This formula is a decoupage glue and a sealant mixed to cure into a harder, less permeable film, which is what lets a finished piece create years of use rather than one evening of decoration. Give it the full four weeks before the first wash, keep it on the top rack and the finish stays smooth and clear.

I've used various kinds of Mod Podge and I like them all. With this one, you need to make sure that it's 100% dry (let the item you use it on sit for a week) before you wash it after the first use. I prefer to hand wash things rather than using a dishwasher, so I can't rate if it stands up to a dishwasher, but it does well with hand washing. A++++++
