What this decoupage glue and sealer does

We make Dishwasher Safe Glitter Gold, 8 oz for the shelf you actually reach for. At 8 fl oz, this size is aimed at a steady run of ordinary projects.

We want the paper to show, not the medium, so it clears as it cures. It goes off quickly, so a second coat is usually a short wait away.

One bottle does the gluing and the sealing, which is why our label says all-in-one. Sparkle is mixed in rather than sprinkled on, which is why the coat looks even. Our own surface chart lists it for ceramics, glass, glitter and metal and tin. We keep one of these open on the bench most of the time.

A decorated mug does not fail on the shelf, it fails at the sink. This formula is a decoupage glue and a sealant mixed to cure into a harder, less permeable film, which is what lets a finished piece create years of use rather than one evening of decoration. Give it the full four weeks before the first wash, keep it on the top rack and the finish stays smooth and clear.
